Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped using FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• FedEx Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• FedEx Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and FedEx service availability.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your FedEx tracking number. The tracking number will usually become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported so we can assist with the FedEx claim process.
